Participate in daily huddle and hourly rounding? IV therapy skills? Critical thinking skills? Monitor, record and report changes in patient's conditions? Interpersonal interactions? Customer Service (First Class Care)? Computer system for documentation? Educate patients and families about medical conditions? Supervise Nurse Aids, Unit Techs and other ancillary staff for the Medical Telemetry patient? Report specific problems to Charge Nurse and or Nurse Manager?
